Arc de Sant roc is the narrow streets laying in the eastern side the oldest part of Maó. This is a 16th century archway mounting on Carrer de Sant Roc. It is the only enduring relic of the medieval walls once surrounding the old city.
Cala de Deia is an unspoiled beach which has some famous swimming spots. It also has bar restaurants along the coast. To reach there you can a drive or there is steep walking track from the town. Walking will take about half an hour to reach there. Driving can be a good idea but it can take a long time during the peak seasons.
